Moon Energy Yoga (Level 1-2)

We will observe the cycles of the moon to support and bring harmony to our personal energies. Each week is a different yoga style (Hatha, yin, Restorative and Vinyasa) to correspond with the moon’s cycle and harmonize the rhythm of the mind/body with the rhythm of nature.

TammYoga Fall Reboot
Emerge lighter in Mind and Body.
As we head into Fall and Winter, it is the perfect time to give the body a reboot. This is my take on a Fall cleanse. We eat through this cleanse. It is a specific food that is vital for the cleansing process to happen in the body. Kitchari! If you have not eaten kitchari before, now is the perfect time to experience it’s healing benefits.
We will begin on Sunday, October 8th by connecting on our Secret FaceBook Page. I will give you all the instructions through this page, along with tips, hints and encouragement. Connecting in a group will enhance your reboot.
